My recent stay at Hyatt House Columbus OSU Short North was a mix of highs and lows. the location was ideal, close to the university and city center, with a lovely walking path along the river right outside the door. the staff was excellent, friendly, and super helpful, especially in accommodating our kids with a fun "elevator key. " the room was comfortable, with a kitchenette, and the breakfast offered a good variety that changed daily. However, the hidden $150 pet cleaning fee left a bitter taste, especially since our well-trained Yorkies needed no special cleaning. Despite this, the free parking and the peaceful riverside view added to the overall positive experience.
